In short

This is the full list of the district’s loans, one row per bond sale. There are at least 41 since 2003.1 Many have a growing-loan part, which costs much more at the end. The short version is on the All school loans page.

Why it matters to your tax bill: all of these loans are repaid by the debt tax.

This is the full list behind All school loans. Each row is one loan (a bond series).

  • The state lists 38 series since 2003. Two more (2026 and 2026A) come from district papers. Series 2004 comes from its own bond papers (delivered about Sep. 14, 2004; bonds dated Aug. 15, 2004).1
  • 25 of them have a growing-loan part. For those, the amount shown is what was borrowed. The amount due at the end is much bigger. See growing loan history.

Amounts and rates come from the cover of each series’ official statement unless marked “state data”.3 Rates are the coupon range on the regular (current-interest) bonds only. Rates for 2014A, 2018A, 2019C, 2022 and 2024 come from the district’s yearly audit instead.24

Not yet shown

  • The rate for 2014B. It was paid off in 2017, before the oldest yearly audit we have on file.
  • Which later loan paid off each one. Later official statements say this, but we have not put it together yet.

The other side

  • Some of these loans have been refinanced or paid off early. See early payoffs.
  • This table lists loans. It does not judge whether the borrowing was too much or too little.

Questions to ask

  • Where does the district post the terms of each loan in this table?
  • When will the district post updated debt totals?

Changes to this page

  • Nov. 2, 2026: We linked a table figure to its source note.
  • Nov. 2, 2026: Added questions to ask.
  • Nov. 2, 2026: We reworded the other-side points so they stick to what the sources show.
