In short

Sources: the district’s yearly audited reports.2451
Tuition and fees went down each year from 2022 to 2025. Rent went up from 2022 to 2024 and stayed flat in 2025.21
The 2025 total of these three is $4,726,360 (our math).6
The other side
- These amounts are small. The main fund’s local money in 2025 came to $344,477,403. Taxes make up most of it.1
- Fees fell while rent rose. The two moved in opposite ways from 2022 to 2024.25
- What the sources do not show: why fees went down or why rent went up.
Questions to ask
- Who rents district buildings, and how does the district set the rent?
- Which fees do families pay, and how does the board set them?
- Does rent cover the cost of opening buildings after hours, by the district’s count?
What the reports do not say
The reports do not list who pays the fees or who rents the buildings.
